What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?
I really am not sure what other products are doing similar things as Laserfiche. The only other thing I worked on that was vaguely similar was Google Forms. While it was quick in producing a form for a simple survey, we need a better way to process the form to being routed to our employees.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the Forms. Working on creating a new form that was previously a paper form, and being to improve it and tell the requestor, "we can route it to whoever you need it to go to and be able to track who it's stuck with.", is cool and helps in clearing up any holds now that they can track where its at.
What do you dislike most about this product?
When it comes to making the form a little more specific, I need to involve JavaScript, and unfortunately I don't know it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
There is more possibilities to moving paper forms to Laserfiche forms. It gives you a chance to review the current process and improve it or track the process and improve from there.

What differentiates Laserfiche from other similar products?
this is the only product I have utilize for repository, however, I like Laserfiche more for forms comparison to PowerApp.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I utilize the forms and really enjoy using and building them to make paper forms more digitized. The use of tools and drag and drop features is very easy to use. I also enjoy using setting up the roles and security for forms and creating groups.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I am new to using Laserfiche, therefore, so far whatever features I have utilized I have no negative comments on them. Thant you.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The recommendation I will give to other for Laserfiche will be to demo it and buy it, it is a good tool to have.
