What differentiates Klaviyo from other similar products?

It has been the leading platform for email marketing so it introduces features and functions well in advance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

First thing first, it works well. Highly reliable. It has very detailed data for every email that you send, that in turn helps in decision making.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Analytics can be a lot better. They have a huge data for all the actions and activities on email, they could provide much better analysis than they do right now.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Overall, it is a very good tool. I would definitely recommend using it if you are looking for one.

What differentiates Klaviyo from other similar products?

The ease of integration with Shopify and other applications. The event model makes setting up valuable automation easy out of the box.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ease of integration with Shopify. Flow automations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When you are using a custom CMS - outside of Shopify the ease of integration is much more challenging and will likely require IT support for setup.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are in the e-commerce space, this is the best email platform you can get. Especially if you run e-commerce on the Shopify platform.

A good tool if you don't mind the cost

What differentiates Klaviyo from other similar products?

Usually with other ESPs, you need to integrate it with another tool that helps you send SMS, with klaviyo you can do both with just one. Plus I think it's great that you can create your entire cart abandon journey (and you can see all the emails/SMSes) in one view.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration capabilities, easy to implement

What do you dislike most about this product?

Cost, we've had months where we've questioned if we could achieve similar results with another ESP.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want something easy to use, and a lot of capabilities, and don't mind the cost, go for it. If not, there are better tools out there. Well not necessarily better, they can do more or less the same as what Klaviyo does but it's priced more economically.
