What differentiates Klaviyo from other similar products?

Klayvio is a step up from programs like Mailchimp they work with you making sure you create great email segments and flows as well. They also have just introduced SMS which is great. Klayvio really is the best email platform I have worked on compared to others. Live chat and a support team is so helpful when needed

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the easy-to-use analytics as well as the pre-build email flows and how the segment is already built out for the customer. Makes it easy to use. Also being able to create and target email segments is so great

What do you dislike most about this product?

sometimes the buttons like shop now of buy now don't look great on mobile and we have had our team figure out ways around it

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great for a serious business and someone who really wants to target and segment their emails

Klaviyo is an easy software to use and they also offer training to the beginners.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My favorite email customization software with very simple features to adjust and start using, email Automation the product is also the best.
