What differentiates Klaviyo from other similar products?
Now it is easier to carry out the marketing of a company, we acquired the Klaviyo product, to improve our work activities and thus give quality to our campaigns that are of utmost importance to us.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It allows us to refine our marketing in a timely manner, something very important is that it has a variety of templates to create the flow of our work, has good design giving us ease of use, we like the way it performs email campaigns, its interface is very dynamic, with good features that allows us in a timely manner to make our campaigns and events instantly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We set ourselves the task of seeing other products and this software is one of those that only have a single language English, there are few shortcomings or disadvantages that this program has, we recommend taking into account to do a job to its interface. Data synchronization between Klaviyo and Shopify (tags, etc.), as I think it is now a unidirectional system. The quality of images that can be uploaded can be a bit low, I would like to allow GIFs and sharper images to be uploaded.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
At the time of carrying out large projects can become tedious at the time of making a campaign, on the official website of KLAVIYO, it is difficult to resolve our concerns and find support, they should improve that point. Klaviyo is really designed for conversion, so if you are sending informative content, either to your subscribers or internal communications, it is better to look elsewhere. If you send such emails, people won't click or buy, which will make your overall analytics look like your CTR, purchase value, etc. are short.

Good integration with Big Commerce and Yotpo

What differentiates Klaviyo from other similar products?
We manage 7 different Klaviyo accounts so the ability to clone an email templates and email flow saves us alot of time. Seeing the detail with a customer profile/journey is much more advanced from other platforms I have used. Also, it integrates well with other 3rd party platforms we use.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ability to save content blocks and use them across multiple campaigns
What do you dislike most about this product?
I am not convinced the tracking is syncing correctly to Google Analytics
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It integrates well with Big Commerce and Yotpo

What differentiates Klaviyo from other similar products?
When compared to similar programs, this one stands out due to the ease with which it can be integrated into so many other environments. It's simple to employ, and the segmentation features are excellent.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Klaviyo greatly simplifies email marketing. They always have the most cutting-edge integrations available. Analytics is a potent tool. I have not discovered any other email marketing tool that is as robust and user-friendly as this one.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Certainly, the database's search feature can be enhanced. Currently, the only option to search particular subscriber properties (such as company, country, etc.) is to establish segments. A superior search filter option would be of great use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The application is user-friendly and comes equipped with a variety of professional email layouts, therefore I would suggest using it.
