What differentiates KeyedIn from other similar products?
The ability of reporting Keyedin allows, has given the business an accurate picture of projects- an element not many products can deliver!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The usability- it's very simple to use and customise! The training we roll out on this system to end users in the business, has always received positive reviews
What do you dislike most about this product?
Although Keyedin can be customised to each business, the reporting element and building your own widgets is very confusing. Without help from the Keyedin team, we wouldn't be able to do this
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ensure you know what you want Keyedin to achieve within your business, and build the product surrounding those objectives!

What differentiates KeyedIn from other similar products?
I haven't used other retail enterprise PPM software, but the Insights feature seems to be unique versus what I've read about other software.

The Insights feature.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Slow rollout of requested improvements.

If you're looking for customization, it might not fit the bill. If you're happy with the product in its current state, it does what it's designed to do well.
