What differentiates Keap from other similar products?

Keap has a greater breadth of features compared to similar products. Its CRM and campaign management integrate seamlessly. Its visual campaign developer was first in its kind and is still unsurpassed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to visually design complex marketing and fulfillment campaigns is the most valuable feature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Keap requires a lot of learning to get up to speed. It's also easy to not realize its full capacities because it has so many features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Determine the features that are most valuable to you, and then determine if Keap meets them. The software's capabilities will give you plenty of room to grow as a business over time.

What differentiates Keap from other similar products?

From what I can see, Keap offers a good balance between cost and features. It integrates most (almost all) communications in one platform at a decent price for businesses that are not huge yet.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Automation of emails and campaigns, as well as being able to search a contact quickly and read their story of interactions with us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The smartphone app bugs and shortcomings. Calls and texts don't populate immediately, sometimes repeat themselves, and act erratically, which is frustrating and consumes time. Also not always having the caller ID display the name of the contact who is calling (when they already are saved as a contact).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are not willing to invest time to learn the platform and maximize it, it might not be for you. But then, the same applies to almost all platforms.
