What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

JIRA offers great range of functionality which is very useful for Project manager , team members. Crating Project, Epics, Task and Service request is easy to track and collaborate among team. Capabilities of JIRA helps us to handle the project effectively. I have used other tools but it does not offer such capabilities.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are lots of favorite aspect:- 1,Pricing is good 2.Integration with other products is easy 3.UI is simple 4.Collboaration among the team is easy 5.Tracking of tickets is easy for managers 6.Same project can be replicated to different years

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are still some dislikes:- 1.For new users it is bit complex 2.At time performance is slow

It is great project management tool for any hard projects.

It's features like drag and drop functionality we can attach notes we can automate things according to our requirements we can customise columns for task management we can easily manage user level access

It's features, user interface, automation, backend api documentation management

There is nothing much to dislike about it because each and every feature thing meets basic requirements standard.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Definitely I will recommend this product and will tell about its features and functionality which are the most important things to make our life easier and effective task management
