What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Integration with other products like Bitbucket, Github and Jenkins. Large user community. JIRA can be useful to Smaller to large teams and it is customizable according the project needs

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Integration with Bitbucket and features associated to creating story. we can easily search the issue with the query.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Some times performance seems to be slow with all the integrations and complex workflows.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is awesome tool for project management. I highly recommend JIRA . It has all the features with respect with project management. like integrations with Bitbucket, Github and search capability to search the issue associated with the team member(s).
