What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira User Interface is far better than other solutions available in the market. It gives lots of features that help in project planning. It is easy to navigate and secure.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Assigning and tracking tasks of the team members is seamless. Delivering and completing the tasks on time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing as such. The platform is fulfilling my requirements.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Jira is good, I always recommend this solution for project planning.

For technical users, its very easy to structurally organise workflows and task management across other members - specifically non-technical users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Favourite part is that it comes with advanced features that are collaborative in nature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

UX design is not so intuitive or self-explanatory

Would need certain level of training especially for non-technical users who have not used other task and product management tools before
