What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

A lot of online help is available for JIRA usage. Also, it is widely used so able to adapt to new organizations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The PI planning through iterations is a great feature that helps in good planning.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its difficult to keep track of so much data. sometime we lost the track of the pages that we want to access frequently. search capabilities can be improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is must have product for PI planning.
