What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
I enjoy how adding photographs to documents while creating them seems so natural, how it integrates with Hip Chat and Slack, how it looks good on the outside and how it makes it possible for me to follow everything without hesitation. I also like how it tracks issues even when they are no longer assigned and how you can partition problems by the team that allows you to handle them asynchronously.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Amazing new features have been added to Jira Agile. Jira allows us to record practically all parts of a project, establish custom workflows, and validate numerous requirements and criteria prior to organizing issues, allocating work, and monitoring team activity. Creating boards to oversee and control capacity and planning is quite simple. There is a tonne of compatible plugins, and the feature list is extensive, so there is nothing you can't do.
What do you dislike most about this product?
In comparison to other tools, its learning curve is somewhat steep. However, once you become used to it, you stop caring because most businesses employ it because it is the industry norm. It depends on whether you host it on your own server or utilize the Atlassian cloud and whether it takes a long time to execute.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Jira gave us the ability to create unique workflow plans for each of our products and the projects we work on, which helped keep the workflow on track, allowed us to manage production rates and uphold agreed-upon delivery dates, and improved our capacity to make the necessary adjustments to plans in light of the project's actual circumstances.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
The ability to personalize a lot of features, especially the kanban board lanes and ticket data, is something I truly value. I adore the connecting tool and use it frequently because I think it's very helpful. The Tempo application is also very important to me, and I enjoy how it's integrated with Jira so I can easily log my time into the right tickets.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The current de facto industry standard for Agile product management in Jira. Its capabilities allow it to be customized to things like workflow, process, and general operation, so it is relatively functional right out of the box. The system comes with enough fields to cover most of our demands right out of the box, and the product allows for adding some really potent new fields. We frequently use the new automation capabilities to handle chores that would otherwise be rather tiresome because it is frequently incredibly handy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My problems with the Tempo application's search issues feature are numerous. It is quite difficult for me to find the right ticket because I am involved in so many different projects. Neither utilizing the ticket code nor the ticket name works well enough.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The creation of sprints and the associated artifacts appears extremely natural, workflow management is much simpler to construct and change, and reporting and customizations are readily available to assist you in managing any team and product. An excellent tool with a wealth of features and stability.
