Jira is different from others with its issue tracking and project management features, customizable workflows, and integrations with other tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Issue tracking part which has a lot of customizations and it is feature rich with everything you want in one place

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it is buggy and crashes if and updating sometimes takes time

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have been using it since 5+ years never had to go out for another tool
