Every task has: • A unique ID • A full change history • Custom fields (you can add “Platform,” “Post Type,” “Approval Status”) • And status changes that trigger automations

For example, I’d know that a designer hadn’t finished the carousel graphics or that a blog post was stuck waiting for an SEO review.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sadly, Jira is way too much for simple projects. For those working solo or just planning basic weekly content, Jira can feel like using a spaceship to deliver pizza. There’s a learning curve, a ton of settings, and setup can take more time than the actual work.
