Not easy to navigate for a first timer

It's a great tool for task management though it might look confusing at the start but you'll get a hang of it overtime

Kanban Board is Great for Continuous Work

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
I'm on a marketing team of 10 people. We don't work in sprints. We use a kanban board in jira to manage our tasks. Work just flows from one column to the next.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It's perfect for us because our work is continuous. We can see bottlenecks easily. If the "in review" column starts to get too full, we know we need to focus on reviewing, not starting new things. It helped us work so much faster.
What do you dislike most about this product?
it took a while to set up the board just right for our team. the default kanban board is very simple, and you have to go into the settings to add new columns and rules, which was a bit confusing.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If your team's work is more of a constant flow than a fixed sprint, the kanban board is a much better way to work.
