What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

This software has great interface to use even the mobile app is also easy to use. The third part integration is very effective to use slack for conversation. It simply tracks our project tasks and manage them according to deadlines. The ability of tracking each task with coworkers is amazing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We had been facing problem in maintaining tasks and assigning it to team members. This implementation of Jira in our project management department solved these problems easily and now all the tasks can be assigned to every team member easily and track their performances based on deadlines.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes it takes a lot time in loading, for some of its tools which are built in are needed to buy license to use them. Navigation is sometimes feeling like headache. The locking task option sometime makes problem for other to unlock it because it cannot be done and time wasting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Now you don't need to worry about projects progress all can be tracked by this software and team collaboration made easy after this implementation. A good platform for all project managers.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Most popular too, pretty much everybody has had experience with it. A lot of features. Very configurable workflows and task properties, but also can be quite confusing to do it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can configure it, the way I want to. Mostly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Recent "innovation" has been all around new UI/UX, and every iteration has been worse than the previous one, The tool needs to catch up to modern workflow and ALM tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Good for enterprise projects, for smaller ones, probably one of the modern tools would be a better fit.
