What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira provides unique features for planning and estimating work and tracking the overall progress for project developement.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Jira provides built in reports and roadmaps for planning and for visualizing multiple projects at a time. Jira allows to grant permission for who can access the control for viewing and editing the issues which secure the project details.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Jira is little bit complex to learn and to handle as a beginner , as it require some additional knowledge to handle it for management of project.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Jira is best for project management as well as task management and provides tools for estimating cost and time as well as helps in generating reports for development of project.

It has a huge community which makes it best in the market.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best i like about it is the reporting since, I have to fetch reports and do analysis on those jira export reports in customisable way which helps me a lot.

What do you dislike most about this product?

its user interface could seem complex for beginners which can be improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend this tool.
