Changing anything away from default can be a huge task.

Make sure you have the time to learn how to get it set up and started, as mistakes can cause a lot of issues later on.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Its easier to work. Has better UI and it easier to train. It is great in terms of reports and analytics. Fit for Devops, Dev and QA. Great tool for Documentation, Ticketing, application management

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

features, costing, usability, availability, can be used for a wide variety of tasks. Fit for IT management and documentation purposes. Very low to nil down time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

couple of more features like Zephyr squad and other premium features should be made available free of cost instead of charging. Glitch faced during images upload and loss of large sized data during upload.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Suggest to have better QA features like HP ALM. and integrate more features as in platform benefits.
