What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

It provides all in one solution for Test management, Project management and release management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It provides me with excellent options to manage my tests, sprints, release and also the integration with bitbucket makes it easier for me to manage my test cases.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Can improve on customer support and also on report generations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it, it's the best tool for Application lifecycle management in the industry.
