What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
It is very useful to manage all the tickets and Change request , it keeps track of the logged hours and tracking of the application is very easy in JIRA
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
As a user i feel very helpful when JIRA allows me to clone the tickets, i do not have to do the manual work every time. JIRA is very helpful in cloning and managing tickets
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometime when we clone the tickets it take the by default name as wrong . we should enhance the product so that it should clone the ticket with some unique sensible name.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If someone is developing any application and wants to keep track of defects and tickets then this is the best tool so far available in the market.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
It has a number of important tools that allow it to stand out from the competition, altissan thought of taking the business by storm and it did it very well, conffluence is one of the best tools for uploading documentation and represents a huge advance in project management of technology
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like most about Jira is the possibility of effectively tracking tasks as they are being carried out, and this becomes evident in our records.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I can say little or nothing that I don't like Jira, it is a versatile tool, the only thing that may cost is the learning curve, but other than that, nothing negative to say
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Carry out staff training that allows them to assume the tool with some knowledge and thus the management through it is easier

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?
We mostly use Jira for sprint delivery; we plan our sprint and put up the tasks that we will pick in the sprint, and then we determine the task in Jira, and we can see which individual is working on which job, which really improves sprint delivery time. It is more beneficial in business forms as the organization can track the entire purpose and work of employees by using some form of SQL queries and is easy to understand. We frequently use it to assign internal reports, escalate issues to the appropriate person or team, and stay much more organized than an old spreadsheet.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has boards that help a lot while providing maximum performance in the shortest amount of time, where people can see the progress of the sprint and take the next job and see what's left, and one of my favorite features is that if you write the problem somewhere in the environment, it will turn it into a link that will redirect you to the problem. Jira is a sophisticated project management tool that is presently used by the majority of firms. Using Jira, we can track what features are currently being implemented in the company. Also, the project leader or manager assigns the work to the developer, and the developer may track that.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My only concern with Jira is that it is difficult to make automations and integrate Jira with other tools. One thing is that it may be simpler to use when there are more tickets, but it may be difficult to search up the problem and identify the task number and you can't more easily recognize.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Anyone working on projects should give it a shot at least once; it is presently the greatest software in its category; there are no other options to manage projects and track faults as well as Jira. Jira is more beneficial for the business and its workers to keep track of the tasks assigned by management, and it is simple to assign and remark on whatever they have for the problem in the tasks and many methods.
