What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

I can pull every Blocker ticket across five projects that hasn't been touched in two days, instantly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The feature that regularly send us updates of our commission evolution.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing that I dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say give it a try and you will easily be convinced that it is the best solution.

The confluence integration is amazing.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira is for tasks, and confluence is for documentation. The two work together perfectly. It's the best combination for a knowledge-driven company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can link a jira ticket to a confluence page that has all the project requirements. This means all the information is connected and easy to find. Developers don't have to ask me for details.

What do you dislike most about this product?

By itself, jira feels incomplete. You really need confluence to make it truly useful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you get jira, you should get confluence too. They are designed to work together.
