What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

I think no difference, but jira is easier to use and the price is lower than other programs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can easily set up and customise your JIRA account to meet your specific project management requirements. In addition to reporting, ticket tracking, requirement and comment tracking, workflow customization, job assignment and follow-up and more, a project manager's life is made easier by a host of other features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When debugging an incorrectly configured (permission) JIRA instance, the administrator level permissions structure/permission matrix should be a little more user-friendly. Power users may be confused if they are used to doing certain activities in a certain way in a newer version of the software since some of the earlier capabilities are simplified to make it more user-friendly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

In my view, it is the finest and most common project management software.
