Not aware of whole product features. I would like to understand this tool more and whatever I know, I dont find any dislikes of this prodict

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Jira has good pricing making it suitable for all small and large business. It also help in collaboration , design and deliver within the same software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The user interface of jira can be improved making it more user friendly. It also lacks real time reporting feature.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Please go through proper training and documentation in order to maximize the use of JIRA
