Reports are good but they are not highly customizable.

Its a good choice for scrum and project management teams its easy to use and have features which will be very helpful in leading the project.

Worklog, Defect raising, User story creation, and Easy assignment of tasks.

Till now, I haven't faced any issues while using JIRA.
