What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

1. Ease of tracking current prgress of tasks 2. Using scrum features for the projects 3. Raising tickets and help in contact with the Client department over issues

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1. Getting updates frequently 2. Helps in project management 3. Helps in establishing client responsibility 4. Easy checking of TAT for tickets

What do you dislike most about this product?

1. No training Facilities provided 2. Raising tickets can be a bit tricky for new users of product

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

IF you are in a client facing role and struggle with keeping track fo tasks or establishing responsibility over the system then you must go for JIRA.
