What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

The product is solid, however - a team must determione impacts of different methodologies as well as task based vs. project based. Workflow is good and artifact management is good for an exclusive use of the tool.

ease of use

What do you dislike most about this product?

different methodologies can crash and productivity lost if more than one system is used.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Promote pros and cons. Ensure that the executives you are selling to understand potential losses of productivity or at minimum the need for integration across an enterprise.
