What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

The best thing about Jira is that it made life simpler for professionals to work on tasks. It has an excellent user interface where we can start a sprint and end it. We can do estimation we can put story points.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Jira's user interface and feature make it easy to use and easy to customize. Great reports and great insight for past and completed projects. Jira is accessible from anywhere, like mobile devices and any browser, with ease. Highly customizable according to project needs and supports agile methodologies. Features like clone tasks and drag and drop tasks make it very easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Having a good UI sometimes make the website load a lot slower, Sometimes selecting project , tasks, backlogs gets confusing, rest I have no issues,

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

User Can easily report the bugs, create Epics its story and based on that he/she can report the bugs, track it, update it.
