What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

The attention to details in a project and also integrating the application with 3rd party vendors is fantastic.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Creating epic, stories, tasks, bug etc to track various tasks in a projects and making sure we dont miss anything in any product release and helps us with deliverables and timelines in a project.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Tracking Jira tasks is only better visible in Web GUI, you cant manage flawlessly the JIRA application via mobile phone.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If anyone is thinking of tracking tasks, maintaining the deliverables and managing project application then JIRA is an excellent product.
