What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

JIRA has been helping us to manage multiple products , helps to keep track and counts of bugs , reports , time spend on tickets with various ways to customise accordingly

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We like the share feature and comments on every jira ticket , It helps to provide quick overview to other colleagues about progress of projects with graphs to understand flow better

What do you dislike most about this product?

It gets little tough to find correct ticket numbers which are relevant to each others .

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its a great tool for large projects or for team leads who manages multiple projects and multiple people

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Customisable Workflows, Issue Tracking, Dashboards and Reporting, Jira has It agile boards, backlog management, and sprint planning tools to help teams manage their work effectively. Jira's roadmaps feature enables teams to plan and communicate their long-term goals and project timelines. I

What do you dislike most about this product?

Jira has lot of features and that comes with a learning curve. Jira can be overwhelming for new users due to its extensive feature set and configuration options. While customisation is a strength of Jira, it can also lead to complexity and a lack of consistency if not managed properly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Jira is part of Atlassian suite, Buy confluence, bitbucket along with Jira as well to make best use of it.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Ability to create kanban boards with swim lanes for team reviews that pull in assigned tasks for easy viewing and prioritisation

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Task list management where I can assign dates and ownership to view on a Gantt style chart and manage my projects

What do you dislike most about this product?

Moving the date on one task doesn't automatically push back the dependent tasks and this must be done manually which is time consuming

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Great for collaboration but some areas are clunky, once familiar with the tool it can be used daily
