What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

As Salesforce Admin, I am getting tens of tickets daily and if there were not Jira to sort and prioritize them, I would be swamped by work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the prioritization in this tool, it makes my life a lot easier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

sometimes sub tickets do not work properly and everything is getting messy

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I'd recommend them to use available trainings in Jira to understand the tool comprehensively.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

It provides many features like Providing user story points, task hours, assigned to the person which differentiates it from other platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It provides analyzed report of how many hours we have worked on that task and we can manage task by sharing tasks to different people.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is hard to understand for beginners as there are no proper enough resources and it provides many features which makes complexity for users

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is the trending ticketing tool where you can easily manages tasks between your teammates and it provides an accurate report of the hours that a person did on that tasks.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira is very useful from task tracking purpose. Project work can easily be tracked along with backlog. Jira which is not on priority can be kept in deferred state. Each team member's work can be tracked for timely delivery.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In jira you can change the state of your task assigned.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing which I dislike about jira..

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Please go ahead and buy this tool. It is an awesome tool from agile perspective.
