itilite uses AI to recommend customized booking options before or during the booking process. These personalized travel recommendations are based on travel policy configurations set by travel managers and data about the flight and hotel preferences collected from previously taken trips

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It sends custom notifications about upcoming flights, hotels, car rentals, etc. These reminders help stay at the top of our schedules and make any necessary last-minute preparations

What do you dislike most about this product?

Creation of a customized travel risk assessment checklist. This travel checklist can help us assess the type of risk employees can encounter while traveling and the criticality of the risk

itilite offers a one stop solution for both travel and accommodation bookings, hence saving a lot of time to do the same on different platforms. Also the user interface is easy to use and to-the-point making it faster

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Favorite aspect is the automatic itinerary creation post booking the trip.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes there is no communication from itililte's backend to the vendor, hence creating issues for the customer, especially if these are last moment changes.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The best feature of itililte that can be recommended is probably it's one stop solution for both travel and accommodation booking in a easy, to the point way and it's automation of itinerary creation that helps to keep track

What differentiates itilite from other similar products?

Itilite helps save organisation lot of money and helps optimise the travel and accommodation budgets. We have been able to save thousands of dollars using Itilite. The number of hotel listings and flights available on itilite helps offer employees a variety of options to finalise their bookings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The customizable flights, accommodation, cab bookings at a single page offers a lots of convinience to the employees and helps boost productivity. Bookings can be done in a matter of seconds without having to wait for much time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Only area of improvement seems to be the cluttery user interface which can lead to confusion while making bookings. A customer care executive can also be provided to clear any doubts.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure to explore the different plans available to choose from. One time training will go a long way in making the maximum out of Itilite.
