What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The tool is extremely easy to use, with a well thought interface, and with a very interactive management. We can send campaigns via text messages, e-mails. It allows the possibility of sending push notifications to our customers maintaining an electronic interaction that helps us to empower us more as a brand. The reports are quite simple to understand and cover a large part of the information we need in our organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes we can witness slowness in some work processes and we still don't have a clear answer why it happens, we hope it can be solved in the next updates. We would like to have a filtering system for customers, since in some cases the proposals may be different according to many factors such as location, age, time zone, among others. Sometimes it is difficult to delete customer data that has been entered erroneously.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Iterable is an avant-garde tool for the correct management of how we deal and communicate with our customers, small companies that need to start their growth process and business maturity can use it and get great benefits as long as it is applied correctly, Iterable provides service of many functions at a low cost, making it one of the best platforms in the market for marketing service.

What differentiates Iterable from other similar products?

We use this software to plan, design and develop successful marketing campaigns for our different platforms. It has eye-catching and on-trend templates that allow us to quickly modify and customize them. In addition, we can fully track our campaigns across different media, from social media, website and email.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has very useful segmentation tools, so that each campaign reaches the indicated audience, such as segmentation by geolocation, age, sex, etc. It also has a very easy to use wysiwyg editor, which allows us to make cad designs without leaving the program.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are few complaints I have about the program, as I find it very complete. Sometimes I feel the software is heavy and everything takes a little longer than it should load and open tabs, sometimes annoying. It is not a problem of capacity of my computer, as it has enough memory. But otherwise, it is a great program that has helped us to improve 100%.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Iterable is 100% recommendable, it is impossible not to know how to configure all the segmentation tools, which makes it suitable for any server and any person even if they have no experience with the program. It is easy to edit and very advanced for everything it has.

What differentiates Iterable from other similar products?

The WYSIWYG editor for emails is really good because I can create emails without any code and make them look functional and branded. The workflow tool is also really powerful to create automated campaigns that work well continuously. Iterable is an amazing tool that I have been using for a couple of years for email marketing. The list management, template design and custom workflow features are easy to use and powerful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Iterable is a good solution for sending push notifications for both web and mobile apps as well as for sending emails and SMS. It has a simple user interface and easy to build a workflow. Report generation is simple and easy to access.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting is a bit too simple. I would like to be able to set up reports on specific emails within a workflow, you can't get heat map analysis in snippets with multiple buttons. Iterable feels slow at times. Loading campaigns, saving templates, navigating to different parts of the software. If pages and elements loaded faster, it would feel much faster. Slightly dislikes the part of the software where the user fields sometimes seem confusing, as there is a lot of detail to be found in it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Iterable is currently being used by most companies and we will transition everything to run from Iterable. Iterable provides us with workflows that we can set up to make sure we send the right message to the right customer at the right time, it is a very good product with good support and with a good product roadmap, it can be best in class.
