What is your favorite aspect of this product?
So helpful, everything is easy to use, and representatives are great to work with.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I really don't have any dislikes with the product. The system is easy to learn and navigate, lots of things are easy to customize.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Very useful, would be an asset to any company. The prices for the products are very reasonable.

I have sometimes had to wait long periods of time before getting resolution on an issue.

What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
Compared to another large payroll company I have used, iSolved is easier to use and the customer service is better. I don't have to ask as many questions because I can find things in a clear location most of the time; if there is a question it's answered in a timely manner 99% of the time. Payroll is not complicated; the steps are clear and all on one page.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like being able to learn something on my own and feeling secure in what I am doing, and I feel 99% confident with iSolved because I know where to find the answers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are a couple of reports that don't function correctly, so I have to manipulate them outside of iSolved to get what I need; there aren't enough filter options. The "app" has also had continued issues for our hourly employees punching in and out, so I have to punch in for them occasionally.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Definitely ask questions, do a demo, get training and compare to other companies before making a final decision. I was using iSolved, left for another well-known company and was very frustrated; so I went back to iSolved. They have better customer service when I can't figure something out on my own.
