What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
I have not worked with any other products. So I am not able to give any feedback on this question.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect is that everything is under one roof so to speak. Time keeping, employee records, benefits, reporting, payroll and so much more.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish that you could pick up and drop documents into and out of the Employee Documents instead of having to upload them. This would save so much time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you can find someone that is in your same business or field to talk to about the product, I would recommend that. They would be able to give you more in depth feedback about the product features that work best for them. This would give you a better understanding of the product.

Inviting user interface.

Ease of use and report building.
What do you dislike most about this product?
GPS for clocking in on phone does not work for some users.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend putting a lot of attention to detail during implementation. A strong implementation and knowledge of the product leads to a strong HCM tool.

easy to use, and staff is helpful

The general ledger was a bit tidiest and took a little more time
