What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
Customer service had improve from the time of implementation to now. Tax issues has also improved and also has been taken care of.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Time Card and Payroll
What do you dislike most about this product?
Takes forever to download. There are things that some ADP can do and Isolved cannot.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It's an advance technology for sure. Customer service support is better.
