What differentiates isolved People Cloud from other similar products?
It's very user-friendly for end users, meaning less training involved
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The fact that my ATS and HCM is integrated into one system. This makes onboarding very easy.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Editing timecards should be easier than it currently is. There are a lot of clicks involved if a manager/supervisor needs to edit. I also wish I had more insight into the status of tickets. Sometimes my client services representative is on it with immediate responses, other times I will go weeks with no response and will have to follow up on a ticket myself - especially if the Time and Attendance has to get involved. Time and Attendance are exceptionally terrible at working/completing new tickets.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would highly recommend iSolved if you have a team of IT people who know how to work there way around a HCM themselves. If you are a small company and need more immediate support, there might be better alternatives for certain situations. Overall, iSolved has helped me to become more efficient as a one-person HR department for a staff of over 50 people.

Its Cloud capabilities are productive and the workflow management through this system is incredible and the reports are impactful.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Data analytics creation is quick, content management and the coordination functions are excellent.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The easiest features to get used and the implementation is easy through previous experience with similar tools.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Highly functional project data management solution and the permission management and also scheduling is incredible.
