What differentiates Intelligencebank DAM from other similar products?

Simplicity, support, scalability Also, their approvals and proofing software was the top we evaluated. Lastly, their creative briefing and projects tool is in the same system as the DAM - very useful. Excellent team all around to work with and recommend very highly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Collaboration elements and approval workflow features. Also, really impressive AI and super simple for our end users to adopt as it's highly configurable to our needs. The team and support stand out in a big way amongst their competitors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Hard to pinpoint but, if I had to select, it would be nice for non-users to be able to upload or "drop in" to the platform directly. Photographers, etc. However, this is being rolled out to my understanding.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

They are the real deal and we are very satisfied. Keep in mind that IntelligenceBank brings immense value quickly rather than focusing on the bells and whistles that aren't particularly needed (other vendors focus too much on this). We couldn't be happier with IB.

What differentiates Intelligencebank DAM from other similar products?

The tagging system is the best I've come across.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I loved the tagging system for media assets.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think I disliked the work on the front end getting your assets prepared for easy searching.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you have a clear strategy in tagging your assets and stick to it.

What differentiates Intelligencebank DAM from other similar products?

At the time that I used it, the pricing was competitive with other products and included features I was looking for at a base price, rather than add-ons to plans that exceeded our needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to use, customizable, and a great tool to manage version control.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It did feel like some of the customization features were possibly oversold without having a dedicated designer on my end to implement successfully.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Understand the lift required to implement, the Intelligence Bank staff was great and willing to work with us on our schedule. Also, do the product training up front.
