What do you dislike most about this product?

Occasional system updates may disrupt workflows temporarily. Limited offline functionality, which can be inconvenient in certain situations.

Intellect BPM Platform is different because it is really flexible and easy to adjust to your business needs. You do not have to be a tech pro to make it work for you. It connects well with other tools you’re already using and has great reporting to help you stay on top of things. Plus, it is simple enough for anyone on the team to use, even if they are not super tech savvy.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I really like about the Intellect BPM Platform is how customizable it is. You can tweak the workflows and processes to fit your specific business needs, and you do not need to be a tech expert to do it. It is great that the system can adapt to how your team works, making things a lot more efficient. And the fact that even people without a technical background can manage it easily is definitely a big plus.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I do not like about the Intellect BPM Platform is that setting it up can take some time. Since it is so customizable, getting everything just right for your business can feel a bit slow at first. It can also be a bit tricky if you’re not used to working with workflows. But once it is all set up, it is much easier to use and works well.
