The product is rigid and cannot accommodate customisations without expert technical labor

Evaluate the degree of customisation requirements from the technical skills perspective. Have frequent design review sessions with the the product specialists for all customisations.

It does help streamline a smooth process among procurement, AP, and IT.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Any issues within the Procure to Pay process with this product, anyone has visibility to see the issue and may collaborate to resolve.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Out of all the issues my organization used, it created the most exceptions when processing invoices. IT had to be contacted frequently to resolve.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have good policies put into place to ensure there are not exceptions that happen within the system. Make sure the entire three way match is through the system only.
