What differentiates Infor CloudSuite from other similar products?

It is a custom solution so very easy to integrate other 3rd party services like SAP, and GreyTHr. Also, it is more efficient in connecting EDI and API service providers, since in the supply chain we need to monitor the shipments using EDI and API we can directly connect with suppliers, forwarders, and ocean carriers and integrate within Infor.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It was very intuitive when I first started using I didn't require any training and I simply while browsing can use the application. It has robust control tower capabilities that can use inbuilt and new integrated features from other use cases like shipment tracking, warehouse stocks, customer PO, and track & trace to combine to provide an end-to-end product life cycle.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It could be slow when dealing with large amounts of data and to deal with it there are hardcoded filters on dates so the user has to download dump files multiple times.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Define your scope including future scope and negotiate better prices and include in the project as new customization can be expensive.

Invest in partner selection, the broad of the partners and consultants in the market is not too large, you need to invest in your implementation team
