What differentiates Infor CloudSuite from other similar products?

It does help streamline a smooth process among procurement, AP, and IT.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Any issues within the Procure to Pay process with this product, anyone has visibility to see the issue and may collaborate to resolve.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Out of all the issues my organization used, it created the most exceptions when processing invoices. IT had to be contacted frequently to resolve.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Have good policies put into place to ensure there are not exceptions that happen within the system. Make sure the entire three way match is through the system only.

Infor M3 is great if you're in a niche industry like fashion or food—it's built for that. What I liked most is how well it handles global stuff (currencies, languages, sites). It’s not flashy, but solid, and the cloud setup makes scaling easy. Interface is clean too—less training hassle.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like how Infor M3 handles complex global operations effortlessly—managing multiple sites, currencies, and languages without it feeling overwhelming.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The biggest downside is that customization can be slow and often requires external support, which adds time and cost.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you’re in a complex, industry-specific space like fashion, food, or manufacturing, M3 can be a game-changer—it’s built with your challenges in mind. Just know that the initial setup isn’t light; having the right implementation partner and a team that’s ready to learn will make or break your success.
