What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The document management system is good as it enables users to upload files on one centralized place. Customizable reports can be customized through extensible XML based report templates. The supported report formats include: MS-Word, MS-Excel, HTML, Adobe Acrobat and MS-Project. The workflos are customizabe to fit each organization needs. Powerful task managemnt tool to allow users to delegate tasks and track the progress of each task.
What do you dislike most about this product?
At times it an be slow but other than this it is a great ALM solution.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is easy to use and supports all major web browsers.It is configurable and very flexible features to help your company grow.The support team is fantastic and the software is affordable.
