What differentiates IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS Next from other similar products?
DOORS Next deep integrated with other IBM Jazz tools and full power of this tool hard to realize without such integration. Also with DOORS Next you can use Lifecycle Query Engine (LQE) for reporting in addition for usual SQL reporting with Data Warehouse. Which one use in your case? - Look at this article - https://fryerk.wordpress.com/2019/03/19/jazz-reporting-service-data-warehouse-or-lqe/

The price is rather too high for most client who started requirement management automation. Because you pay for many features, but you can't use most of them in begining. You should use only bacis features at start, but will pay for all features.

DOORS Next is a powerfull tool with high price. You should know exactly what you want from requirement management and try it with DOORS Next before you buy it. If you just starting requirements management - start with cheaper and easy tool.
