Encryption and decryption processes are working great. High data security and availability. Highly scalable and effective..

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Easy to integrate with other products like IBM cognos analytics. High speed querying and processing. CRUD operations are supported.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integration with other visualization tools is not enabled.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For big data storage, processing and usage DB2 is one of the best database management system.

Highly reliable and scalable. Performs data compression for storage efficiency. High availability of data through back up.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Supports big data analytics . Data export and import through scripts. Integration with other applications and tools is great.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Poor documentation. Not easy to use for first time users.

Great relational database for both cloud and on-premises installations.

What differentiates IBM Db2 from other similar products?

The most important aspect, in my opinion, is that it is a reliable database. Furthermore, data reliability is strong, as evidenced by simultaneous access control.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Although it is not as important as Oracle, SQL Server, and others, it has unique features such as cluster replication that are not present in other DBMS. It is compatible with UNIX, Linux, and Windows versions, as well as other major operating systems.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing special that could be improved, but I would like it to be more user-friendly while still being strong.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is not essential to understand it on the program side because it can be accessible by a big number of people at the same time and can be managed only by a database. I was able to replicate a read-only database and publish the public database without stressing the update database. The execution plan, like those of other major DBMSs, is determined automatically. Because the number of licenses is determined differently depending on the CPU model number, the licensing system is critical.
