Easy to use interface or user interface, Twitter integration is good and set Hashtags, and track leads coming from social media campaigns.

Integration with Twitter and tracking of leads from social media campaigns

Only Twitter and LinkedIn integration available

If you are already using HubSpot you can use HubSpot social.
