UI is not very friendly and modern.

Update UI with modern designs and make the product more self-served and easy to use.

Hubspot has the complete marketing automation tools which provides good and trending features. It also have easy to learn UI which give edge over other platform to adopt it faster.

User interface and continuous new feature launching by Hubspot. You won't feel behind from the market and other tools available in the market
What do you dislike most about this product?
Some of the good feature have higher price or available in different plans.
