Hive performs an excellent job of bringing together in one location all the parts required for a project. It links them to the sources, connections, comments, and next steps and keeps everyone on the same page. Managing sales orders, production procedures, quality inspections, and even shipments have all benefited greatly from Hive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Everyone may be informed about who is working on what, who needs assistance, and what is delaying the project. It's quite simple to sign up and pay. Support responds to my questions in a very prompt manner. There are several task completion statistics that I don't use but that seem helpful. It was easy to set up and provided versatility in terms of how you could view and arrange the data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For someone like me who has never used other productivity tools, it may not always be intuitive. It's a little challenging to get assistance and instructional films that will help me advance and master the fundamentals. I find myself wasting a lot of time browsing the blog, searching on Google and YouTube, and chatting with people using the tool's chat feature.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We can now devote more time to really finishing the job at hand. We are able to finish work for clients on time thanks to Hive. I also enjoy how we can track our time for various jobs and clients using the time clock tool. In addition, the Hive customer care crew is always available and willing to assist me whenever I have questions or problems.

Hive facilitates our team progress. The only hybrid project management software that is user-driven is called Hive. New product improvements at Hive are created based on user input and opinions on our Forum. It is the only business tool designed to accurately reflect how you operate effectively on a daily basis.

I adore how Hive provides a variety of add-ons that may instantly improve the platform's functionality. We are a creative company, and the capability for proofing and authorization is great. I was able to see my development over time and maintain my attention on a few items at once thanks to this program. The weekly successes recap was a fantastic addition that really helped me recognize how far I've come.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The linked reply feature is not as effective as it could be, and some of the metrics still need improvement. I need more in-depth analytics on how our time is being used and where we can increase productivity.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The organizing aspect, the ability to arrange work hours, and, without a doubt, the platform's ease of use to open, plan, manage, and maximize your work time are the best aspects of using Hive. I recognize where our group is getting stuck, where I can step in as a leader to help the team move through those areas, and where we will probably run into these issues again.

Hive links all facets of our work with adaptable project layouts, native email, resourcing, group messaging, and file sharing. Hive is assisting us in maintaining order for faster execution of tasks to produce outcomes, which has improved the performance of our firm. I adore Hive's straightforward, flexible Kanban UI. With no hiccups, mistakes, or problems, I built my pile of orders, attached labels, and relocated my work items. What do you dislike most about this product?

There are still some bugs that cause content to simply vanish, which is incredibly annoying. Action cards and notes both experience this. When considering migrating all meeting minutes and other stuff traditionally kept in Google docs to Hive, it breeds hesitation and mistrust of the technology.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The majority of the task demands that Hive can help me with require access from more team members. Hive makes it simple and straightforward to schedule tasks for other people, pass them along, and charge them if they are late or need to be amended. It provides a thorough overview of forthcoming tasks and available resources and where we may most effectively optimize to complete the most work in the best manner.
