Same features but price is low comparative to others.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When it comes to customer support, Helpshift is a very reliable tool. Even though I haven't had much experience with other tools, Helpshift provides everything you need for providing quality support.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The tabs might be a little more organized and placed in a better way.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I can suggest contacting the link person between the company and Helpshift in case of doubts. Indeed, this person can be a great bridge to resolve issues and grant the best user experience.
