Lots of customizable reporting. Data segmentation, great insights into the analytics, marketing/sales can make a more informed decision.

UX was easy to navigate

What do you dislike most about this product?

Bit of a learning curve, but works well if you're a large enterprise that analyzes multi data points.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Consider it only if you have large sets of data to analyze. Think: large e-tailers.
