What differentiates HawkSearch from other similar products?

For me it's familiarity and ease of use. For the most part, we are focused on continuous improvement of results in the face of sometimes inadequate product data completeness or quality.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Turnkey tools that make day-to-day improvement requests simple and quick.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Reporting is not dynamic enough. I'd like to see more analytics-style reporting where I can combine terms with clicks/KPIs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Bridgeline has been a very reasonable business partner and provides good expertise for resolving some of the stickier issues with our data and with the search results. The feature set is growing, but focusing on a ground up approach and plenty of runway allows for familiarity with the turnkey tools to grow.
