What differentiates HawkSearch from other similar products?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Hawksearch is extremely effective and easy to use. Search tuning, pinning, boost and bury rules, synonyms, etc. make it easy to ensure users find what they need. Combining your own search tuning with the learning from popular results makes this a very powerful and effective tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In the beginning, I struggled to remember where to find specific features/functions in the back end because I did not use it very often. It wasn't immediately intuitive, so it took some time to get used to.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This tool works best when at least one person, but ideally multiple people, have the bandwidth to explore the analytics and set up the customizations. Depending on your needs and your site, it doesn't require full-time management, but it's very helpful to routinely review the analytics and make adjustments based on the results and your internal team's usage and observations.
