Great value for the money, but unreliability kills
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Groove from other similar products?
Groove is significantly cheaper than competitors and offers most of their best features. They are always trying to innovate and create new features on a regular basis. Cost appears to be the biggest selling point at around half the cost
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Groove is VERY intuitive and easy to set up---they really nailed it with UI design and ease of implementation. Their staff are very nice and always willing to help. They are pretty transparent when something isn't working on their side.
What do you dislike most about this product?
groove rolls out features too early and many features are on the wrong side of the beta - prod spectrum. Features will work great and then receive a refresh and no longer work. QA is a huge need for groove and unreliability is the main reason we are shopping for a new outbound software
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you need to save some budget, you'll be very happy with what you get for the price. As you get more budget and your org matures, you may find yourself wanting something more mature to fit your needs. Great product for the money though.
Pros
